Euro mixers offer rotary airlock valves. The rotary airlock is fixed with bag filters, cyclones, silos and bins. While as a feeder, it is used with different mills, mixers and pneumatic conveying systems.The unique rotor design provides smooth and even introduction of the process material into the grinding mills for better mill efficiency. Recommended where frequent internal cleaning of the valve is necessary. Various standards of finish are available to suit most food and pharmaceutical applications. Euro rotary airlock valves are designed to suit customer`s specific needs of handling bulk powders. The standard sizes are available with 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600mm rotor dia. The housing of airlock valves are steel, cast iron or ss construction. The rotors are made of cast steel or ss. For pneumatic conveying systems, blow-through airlocks are available. It is designed to operate in the typical operating conditions arranging from -30 to + 200°c, and often under adverse pressure conditions. All standard sizes are pressure shock resistant up to 6 bars.
