The structure of machine minimises thermal deformations. Passage for coolant flow is designed in the bed in such a way that it keeps the machine neat and clean. Slide ways of the Centerless Grinder have been designed as wide as possible and protected from dust and coolant for better accuracy of machining. Dressing slides have been hardened and ground and protected from dust with way wipers for long life. Special stress has been laid on grinding and regulating wheel head. Ultra precision anti friction bearings are being used in both the heads. Grinding wheel assembly is balanced to minimise vibrations.
