The customer had specific requirement of screening 32 kg of total material in 12 minutes constituting of 12 different elements of different volume. It was also important for them to control total voume without loss. The permissible loss in total was 100 grams per batch of 32 kg. They were facing problem of dusting the material while screening and also during conveying the material to screen. The system supplied by gss having dust proof vibro screen and dust proof conveyor could match their requirement of 32 kg material conveying and screening in 12 minutes. When the system was put in operation at customer premises, it could achieve volume loss restricted to 25 gm only, much beyond expectations.
