The airflex division of eaton corporation has released cte drum style brakes which are spring-applied and air released. Static torque capacities covered range up to 98,500 lb-inch. The cte drum style brakes are designed and constructed in such a way that they are ideal for moderate speed, high torque, cyclic applications.
