Ipa flowmatics offers liquid filling & dispensing system . This type of filling and dispensing units are mainly used in automobile assembly lines to dispense or fill engine oil, diesel oil, gearbox oil, radiator water, etc, repeatedly. The system consists of a container, filling and dispensing control valves and a microprocessor based controller. A strain gauge based loadcell transducer is used for better accuracy in sensing the weight. The controller fills the liquid into the weighing tank and its weight is recorded. Once the dispense key is enabled, it dispenses the exact quantity using a loss in weight measurement. The system is available in four models: 1 to 5-1, 2 to 10-1, 5 to 20-1, and 10 to 50-1.
