Bell cooling towers are unique for being the only forced draught fiberglass cooling tower range. It has the following distinct advantages over any other induced draft tower: economy in power, economy in water consumption and economy in space. The fill is made of rigid polyvinyl chloride [pvc] in honeycomb type design, which ensures optimum time of contact between air and water to enhance efficient cooling. The drift eliminator is also made of rigid pvc to reduce carry over losses of waste distribution system. It is made of static pipes with multiple branches coupled with polypropylene spray nozzles, ensuring uniform water distribution throughout the fill area. An inspection window is provided to access proper distribution of spray nozzles and various segments of the cooling tower. The system is easy to install and requires low maintenance, as the fan is the only moving part. An optional frp basin comes with suitable drain connection. Areas of application are airconditioning and refrigeration systems, diesel generator sets and air compressors, plastic injection and blow moulding machines, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and other water-cooled industrial processes.
