Mechanical Type Press Brake has rigid frame made using steel plates with interlocked design and the interlocked construction of frame supports the ram and bed against any unexpected deflection under permissible loading condition. The Brake has ram and bed made out of steel plates in suitable thickness and is fully machined for straightness and parallelism and their upper surface is ground to keep the die in correct alignment. The Brake has two individual gear drives that transmit the power to the ram generating uniform load distribution through out the length and the gears and pinions are made using quality grade alloy steel. The Mechanical Type Press Brake has motorised ram adjustment mechanism that is provided to facilitate quick bending angle adjustment.
