The allied founders is a ferrous foundry manufacturing grey cast iron, ductile iron [speriodial graphite iron] castings, cast components and machined components. Apart from graded cast iron castings, it also manufactures low alloy and high alloy iron castings. The company is backed by two fully equipped machine shops dedicated for the foundry and supplies nearly 75% of its castings in fully machined condition to original equipment manufacturers [oems]. Components of different grades and weights are cast and machined ranging from 5 kg per piece to 800 kg per piece. The company has been accredited with iso 9001-2000 certification and is an approved foundry for supply of graded castings to national thermal power corporation india and nuclear power corporation of india ltd. It mainly manufactures products for diesel engines, pumps and valves, lifts and elevators like: valve bodies, beatring housings, motor bodies, flywheels, inlet and exhaust manifolds, gear cases, covers, bonnets, lube oil sumps, sheaves, pump casings, compressor castings, fly wheel housings, etc.
