Product Profile of Shock Resistant Linear Magnetic Encoder System
Shock Resistant Linear Magnetic Encoder System is provided with a bidirectional reference that can be actuated by a preset mark integrated within the scale or periodically every 5 mm. The Encoder System operates from -10° C to +80° C, has water-proof sealing and is resistant to shock, vibrations and pressure. The Encoder System features a compact sealed readhead that rides at up to 4 mm from the self-adhesive magnetic strip scale, which brings 100 m travel. The Shock Resistant Linear Magnetic Encoder System eliminates wear while reducing hysteresis for high precision at high speeds and acceleration.
Applications of Shock Resistant Linear Magnetic Encoder System:
- Automation and assembly systems
- Laser/flame/water-jet cutting
- Electronic assembly equipment
