Multi Core Cables are available with high tensile strength and longer functional life. In wiring of measuring instruments, transmission & receiving equipment, control panels and electrical component parts, it is often possible for individual lines to be disturbed by external electrical interference. Also the pulses transmitted with cable can interfere with other cable components; these are effectively suppressed by the screening of cable conductor. The screen is in the form of a closely woven silver plated copper wire or tinned and bare copper wire [easily solderable], placed on conductor insulation for the protection of braiding and providing mechanical stability, outer sheating is employed, the sheathing can be of PTFE or PVC.
