Flow control industries offers ibc cleaning system designed to completely wash the ibc in stages starting with cold water followed by detergent wash followed by hot water followed by drying. The cleaning takes place internally as well as externally with the help of industrial grade spray nozzles. It is designed to clean the ibc from 500 ltr to 2000 ltr capacity. The various options available include single entry single exit, double door for entry and exit, entry and exit at right angles. This is a plc controlled cleaning system, fully automated washing, drying and cooling. It allows for dirty and clean zone ibc segregation. Can be loaded via fork truck, agv, roller conveyor or monorail.The cabinets can be supplied for single or multi sized ibc washing. The wash controller can be programmed for various cycle and additives where necessary.
