These Cone Rice Polishers are used to polish Basmati, Sharbati or Pr-11. The polishing cone consists of a dynamically and carefully balanced, single piece C.I. Cone covered with abrasive agents such as Emery, Carborundum bound with cement and salt specially recommended for the purpose. This cone revolves in a teak wood frame fitted with wire mesh or perforated sheet. Rubber brakes are fitted in the frame to divide the frame into equal segments. In order to adjust the pressure of cone and frame, the rice polishers are provided with a lever and the rice is polished up to the desired result.
