Electronica machine tools manufactures tungsten carbide parts. These are suitable for petroleum industry for well head control equipment and gas lift equipment. The product ranges are: choke pins, valve seat, needle, orifice etc. Choke valves are fully finished and lapped at the sealing area. They are offered to block tolerance requirement of 5 m. The products are manufactured in both cobalt-based and nickel-based according to customer`s design/ choice. Nickel-based binders prevent the sealing/ flow control area wearing away because of acidic content in crude petroleum oils. Thus it increases life and reduces down time for maintenance. Choke bins are offered by pressing in cold isostatic press to guarantee uniform density throughout the cross section of bin. This also offers maximum wear resistance, thus increases life of choke bins. All the products are sinter hipped and ensures theoretically zero internal porosity in the process. This helps to carry on high operating pressure during use.
