Automation & control technics offers three-axes automatic pipe bending machine, which is user-friendly, programmable and is a general-purpose machine. It consists of a rigid base on which necessary hydraulic equipment is fitted. The machine controls form an integrated system incorporating electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems controlled by a plc-based control panel. Linear motion guide feeding assembly feeds the job by a predetermined length with a provision for position sensing. Job gripping and swivelling assembly change the axes of bend with the help of a programmable servomotor along with a pneumatic gripper, which grips and rotates the job to change the axis of the bending. The machine comes with a dedicated power pack designed hydraulic clamping and bending assembly to hold and bend the job. A plc- based control panel provides necessary controls to produce three-axes bends as programmed to manufacture a particular component. Short cycle times, high repeatable accuracies and flexibility to change over from one job to the other in a short time are some of the benefits these machines offer.
