Megger is the manufacturer of universal lcr meter, lcr13. It is a portable instrument which is designed for quick, easy testing and analysing of discrete components in a broad range of applications. The universal lcr meter unit accurately measures the value of inductances, capacitances and resistances at frequencies of 120 hz and 1 khz. The universal lcr meter has relative mode for deviation measurement. A dual display and dual parameter measurement is available in the universal lcr meter. The basic accuracy of the product is 0.5 percent.
