Programmable logic controllers from fatek automation have exclusive motion control features. Technical specifications include 920 khz of pulse train output, high-speed counters of 920 khz, special function blocks to simplify motion control, 0.1 ms timer etc. They have some exclusive features such as like times, counters, internal relays, memory coils with special motion control features. These are also equipped with some special functions for speed control and machine homing. These controllers find application to control up to 8 stepper motors or 8 servomotors in position control mode. These are provided with three different kinds of cpu units including economical, high-performance, nc positioning units. These three units have motion control function with varying speeds of pto output 20 khz, 120 khz and 920 khz. The cpu units can be expanded with i/os of both digital and analog. The basic cpu unit is provided with some extra modules to enhance its communication to 5 extra ports besides the main port including rs232, rs485 and ethernet. Programmable logic controllers support modbus rtu protocol and do not require expensive communication cable.
