The kobold messring gmbh plug-on display model auf-1000/1001 visual display require no major expenditure of installation and costs. Manufactured from robust synthetic housing protection type ip 65, which stand up to rugged operating conditions.
Fitted with a led display the unit can be connected problem-free to all normal transmitters with 4-20ma output with right-angle plug din 43 650. The display can be rotated in 90° steps and is simply plugged in between connector and socket; it is then ready for operation. As the plug-on display is supplied from the current loop of the 4-20ma signal in the transmitter, no additional auxiliary power is required.
The operation with two keys is menu-driven. Scaling, the position of the decimal point, damping and error messages may be adjusted very easily locally. Even in case of power failure there is no data loss as it is stored on an eeprom. Over or underflow of the measuring range are displayed immediately. All device functions are continously monitored by an integral diagnostic system.
The model auf-1001 comes with integral open-collector output which allows for an adjustable limit switch.
