The compact device, which is integrated into the process by means of a ½ " bsp male thread, is standard in many industries. The electronic components are housed in a robust stainless steel casing. The front side, with an easily readable pressure display with 4-digit leds, and the operating keypad are protected with polyester film. Adjustments and settings are easy to implement with the keypad. A freely-selectable password protects against incorrect setting.
A high level of overpressure protection on the part of the manometer, which is provided with a piezo-resistive ceramic sensor, provides security against damage from process-related pressure surges. A signal which is proportionate to the pressure is output via the analogue outputs 0/4 ... 20 ma or 0 ... 10 v. Up to four limit values are available as an option. A variety of different measuring ranges is available from -1…0 bar to 0...1600 bar. Versions in which the sensor and the electronic units are separate from one another and also special solutions for differential pressure measurement complete this multi-faceted range.
Many different options mean that the devices can be integrated into most diversed industrial installations.
