Vats micro fine filters manufactures resin bonded cellulose filters. Vats` resin bonded cellulose [rbc] is a rigid, graded-density filter cartridge constructed primarily of cellulose fibres and a tough, chemically resistant thermosetting melamine resin. These rbcs are used in pharmaceutical industry for the filtration of the utility water, process water, bulk drug/ fine manufacturing, formulation, injectable, intra venus [iv], wfi, solvent filtration, activated carbon filtration, substitute to sparkler/pad filtration, high temperature application, wfi circulation in hot condition, etc. Product range includes 50 to 0.2 m nominal rated cartridges in lengths of 4", 10", 20", 30", 40" in single as well multiple cartridges mounted in ss housings. Rigid resin bonded structure, 100°c high temperature option [can be steam sterilized] and graded density, no metal or plastic cores, available with polypropylene or polyester end modifications are some of the important features of vats` rbc cartridges.
