Nipa electricals & pumps supplies marble cutting machines, rigidly built with simplicity of operation and designed as per standard italian specifications with necessary modifications to minimise waste of materials and cutters. The main cutter shaft is provided with special heavy-duty ball bearings avoiding all possibilities of vibrations of the cutters. The cutter shaft bracket has moveable base so that the cutters can be used at any degree. The machine is adjusted by two [vertical and horizontal] sides for cutting various sizes of marbles. The trolley plate carrying the marbles is designed to ensure full rigidity under all working conditions having six tee slots to hold the marbles. The trolley is fitted with four grooves with special ball bearing arrangement to travel straight and smooth on two steel rails, which are having five self-stands to keep the rails in level and parallel. Each cutter has a light metal safety guard holding water spray pipe to keep the cutters cool. The motor is designed to set on top of cutter shaft bracket having separate slide for adjustment and suitable for all types of motors.
