Perfect engineers offers wires for co, welding for high efficient welding of mild and 50 kgf/mm2 class high tensile steels. It is a copper coated double deoxidized wire electrode for gas shielded arc welding process using either co, or co,/argon gas mixture. They have high deposition rate and deep penetration. Stable arc and very low spatter features. It has high deposition efficiency due to no slag formation. These are ideally suited for unclean and rust surface. Applications are butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway rolling stock, structural and general fabrication, furniture and storage bins.
