Pipes and elbows of size 200 and above will be supplied either in fep or pfa or ptfe depending on process liquid handled and as per standard resin specification. Astm d-2116 and d-3307 type iii and type ii and astm d-1457, astm d-4994 and 95 respectively; pipes: seamless carbon steel pipe as per astm a-106 gr, b sch 40; elbows: ductile cast iron confirms to astm a-395 or sg iron conforms to astm a-536 [60-40-18] or fabricated conforms to astm a 105 gr, b or is 2062. Ms ptfe lined pipes are being supplied with one loose and other fixed flange and elbow with fixed flanges. However it can be supplied as per individual customer`s requirement; a pair of vent holes is provided in each pipe and elbow; pipes and elbows can be supplied in ss as per requirement.
