Product Profile of Zero Discharge Systems For Effluents

• Multiple effect evaporators along with a thermo-compressor require less steam.

• Higher concentration of slurries is possible because of forced circulation evaporators using axial flow pumps.

• Axial flow pumps improve performance, reduce power requirement as compared with centrifugal pumps.

• Regenerative evaporator uses medium pressure steam from boiler and produces low-pressure steam of equivalent amount that is used in the plant. This dramatically reduces the evaporation costs.

• Evaporators having more than 10 tones/hr evaporation capacity can be built.

• Axial flow pumps having capacity up to 3000 cu.M/hr can be built.

• The sludge dryer converts the concentrated effluents into a dry mass that is easy to handle & cha off.

• All the water is recovered & recycled.
