Deltech controls offers customised valve automation systems. The systems are integrated and tested as per customer specifications by assembling high quality accessories with delval valves and deltorq actuators. The direct mount feature of all delval valves, deltorq actuators and manual overrides eliminates the need for any brackets and couplings, thus saving costs and enhancing performance by reducing hysteresis. Valve position monitoring and control is achieved by munting accessories such as limit switch assemblies, valve positioners and valve position transmitters. The company offers limit switch assemblies in explosion-proof enclosures or weather-proof enclosures and with a variety of switch options. Valve positioning is achieved by mounting an electro-pneumatic or pneumatic valve positioner. The interfacing conforms to namur dimensions. Actuators: deltorq series 21 pneumatic rack and pinion actuators are directly mounted on the valve top flange. The deltorq range includes a wide torque output in double acting and spring return models. The series 14 direct mounting declutchable manual override with hand-wheel is added to facilitate manual operation of the valve. The clutching mechanism can be easily engaged to operate the valve and actuator. Namur solenoid valve: solenoid valves of different configurations can be direct mounted on the namur mounting pad on deltorq actuators. Unique sealing plates allow for field conversion for both 3/2 way and 5/2 way designs. Non-namur valves can be mounted with an adapter plate and tubing.
