Dhakar engineers manufactures an electronic bearing and gear noise detector which is a highly sensitive instrument for detecting the most feeble noise arising from detective bearings/gears fitted in engines/ machines. Even the minute tickling of a wrist watch can be distinctly heard through this detector. The noise detector has an indicator by which the operator can see the sound level apart from hearing various sounds through the earphone. The device helps the user to timely detect any defective behaviour of the bearing/gear. The machine with defective bearing/ gear can be replaced or rectified thus avoiding serious damages to the machine and connected parts which will immensely help to reduce the downtime of machines and unforeseen/ unscheduled shutdown of the machinery.
