Metering & dispensing technologies has developed a new variant of fluid bed dispenser named dropmatic pro, that provides an exceptional control over the fluid being dispensed, and the pneumatic circuit and microprocessor-based digital timer help in achieving a higher degree of accuracy and repeatability. The stable dispensing parameters help in minimizing the errors in dispensing caused mainly due to changing volumes in barrel or changing water head that are more prominent when dealing with low or lower viscosity fluids. The dispenser has an innovative pneumatic circuit and a microprocessor-based three-digit timer configurable from 0.01 to 9.99 sec/min/hr that together enable a better control over pressure and vacuum cycling. The fluid dispenser is also equipped with a low-pressure cutoff switch. The dispenser will not deposit if the line pressure falls below the set limit, which can also be altered by the user as per requirement. The dispenser gives a better result due to the shot to shot consistency, no short deposits and lower wastage levels. The dispenser is accompanied by accessories like pressure tanks, barrels, dispense valves, diaphragm valves, etc, for supplying a complete dispensing solution.
