Tucson supplies safety blocks which can be used in conjunction with accumulators. This product is a package of three valves i.E. Ball valve, relief valve and a drain valve. The ball valve shuts off the system during maintenance, the drain valve drains the accumulator without disturbing the relief setting and the relief valve protects the accumulator during static condition when a change in temperature the gas pressure would increase. The safety blocks are available in three sizes - smallest being size 12 with ½ bsp ports, followed by size 20 with ¾ bsp ports and finally size 25 with 1 ¼ bsp ports. The valves are supplied with direct acting zero leak relief valve with 200 or 300 bar pressure and can be set by the company as per the customers` requirements.
