Overcentre valves are used for static and dynamic control of loads by supplying a counterbalance pressure to the actuator. They prevent runaway in the event of hydraulic motors holding loads in case of cylinder with zero leaks. Tucson hydro controls produces overcentre valves for flows up to 350 lpm and in various styles such as single, double, special systems etc. They can supply cartridges to be mounted in the cylinders of a system thereby reducing the size of the systems. These are produced in various types such as screw in cartridges, subplate mounted or line mounted. The valves can withstand a pressure of 350 bar and above.
