Surface super additive inhibitor in Coils / Rods & Bars is equally the same as above industries, but considering the Ferritic S.S. Grades, finish obtained is equivalent to austenitic grades. While reacting with ferrite grades it works very nicely as the working atmosphere is quite pleasant due to suppression of heavy NOX Fumes generated in pickling process. Thus with addition of between 0.5-1.0% in total volume of bath in regular intervals, the above features can be achieved with an outstanding proven result of savings on metal loss by 0.22-0.26% of the total production per month. It is used in bulk pickling on stainless steel, low nickel alloy & ferritic grades.
