- Each sealing tool is fitted with two automatically controlled heating systems-one at the top and one at the bottom.
- If a sealing tool is too hot or not hot enough, this station is deactivated during production and left empty. (No membrane is cut out and no lid-ring is placed to this station)
- The transport of the membrane coil and scap skeleton is carried out by servo drives.
- The machine is suitable for processing different sealable materials, e.g. laminated aluminium-foil, plastic.
- An entire format change can be carried out in less than two hours.
