Super auto forge limited [saf] offers heat treatment and surface treatment - the following types of furnaces are available at saf - pit type; bell type; seal quench type; and continuous hardening type. The following finish treatment facilities are available: anodizing; zinc plating; chrome plating. These modern process lines are equipped with excellent automatic process control system supported by fully approved effluent treatment plan. Both in process and final product heat treatment are carried out in-house. The company is also equipped with testing machines such as eddy current tester, magnaflux and ultra sound tester.
