Industrial Grade Hot Air Stenter has directly coupled blower motors per chamber and can be controlled and adjusted easily at fingertip through touch screen at the central control unit. The Air Stenter has no mechanical damper, which means there is no resistance to air flow. The Air Stenter has the feature that cooling system can be either done by air cooling system provided as a supply with the machine and optionally, water cooled cylinders can also be provided. The Air Stenter has accessories like selvedge trimming arrangements, finished width indicator and fabric moisture indicator and static discharger can be mounted on the stenter frame. The Air Stenter is available with plaiting down, big batching, surface winder or with scary or accumulator as desired. The Industrial Grade Hot Air Stenter has individually driven batching/ plaiting motor that ensure proper tension control of the finished fabric.
