The woodmac group offers hydraulic hot press suitable for use in the plywood industry. The frame is fabricated out of tested prime ms plates duly welded by mig welding set for high strength and then machined on piano miller for 100 percent accuracy, which is reflected in the products manufactured. Platens are fabricated out of tested ms plates and holes are drilled by german technology which ensures fully straight holes of equal diameter as well as honing finish to the holes which results in long life of the plate and equal surface temperature at all the corners / sides of the plate. Rams are manufactured by chill casting process and lifetime guaranteed against any defects. The surface of the rams is hard enough to withstand almost any climate and yet smooth on seals for long life. The power pack is designed in house and is fitted with best of hydraulic components in the world. Vane pumps are used for noise free and smooth running and plunger pumps for high pressures. Heavy-duty electrical motors, relief valves, pressure gauge and seam less pipelines, all contribute to make the machine to run for years of trouble free life.
