This Synthetic Resin is used for all types of woods assembly, Edge bonding, Dowelling, Post forming, Hot Press, Finger joining, Wooden flooring [where water seepage is not present]. It is used for bonding particle board/MDF/ply to each other and to laminate /veneer. It can also be used for bonding any two surfaces one of which can absorb water. It is an adhesive for bonding paper/card board/ thermocol, bookbinding, handicrafts, pencil manufacturing, paper tubes/cores etc. Other uses are filling knots, holes & cracks in Timber& wood.

The key properties of the Synthetic Resin are:

• Viscosity: 200-300 poise 30o centigrade, B.F RVT, Spl 6/20 rpm

• PH : 4-6

• Open time: 12-15 minutes

• Pressing time for handling strength:
- HPL to particle board/MDF/Plywood 6-8 hrs @ 25degree centigrade RH 65% OR 4 min @ 90 degree centigrade & 80 bar pressure
- Wood to wood 6-8 hrs @ 25 degree centigrade RH 65%
