Key Features of Pilot Plant
- Material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer needs.
- Anchor for the main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for the process.
- Main mixer would be of gate type or contra rotary type.
- Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier.
- All vessels are jacketed & insulated.
- Online digital temperature measurement for the product and jacket of all the vessels.
- Material transfer by vacuum. No manual handling.
- Suitable filtration system would be provided in transfer lines.
- The plant is GMP compatible.
- Agitators would be provided with variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed requirement.
- The Pilot Plant delivers 99.5% process accuracy which would be helpful during process validation and scaling up for regular production.
- Working platform is provided as an optional attachment.
- Required nozzles are provided in the vessel and jackets for vacuum, steam, cooling & chilling water application.
- Vessel is provided with safety valves, vacuum gauge etc
