Main mixer would be of gate type or contra rotary type stirrer
Anchor for the main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for process.
Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier[ up to 2800 rpm].
All the vessels would be jacketed & insulated.
Process shall be controlled through temperature controller provided for the jacket and the vessels.
Suitable filtration system is provided in transfer lines.
The plant is gmp [good manufacturing practice] compatible.
