Cenlub systems provides pneumatic grease pumps. These pneumatic grease pumps are made for automatic feeding of grease to bearings and other moving parts of machines, such as calendering machines, mixing machines, rolling mills, bending machines, furnaces and other similar machines having 2 to 20 lubricant points. As per customer`s requirement these pumps are provided with reservoirs that are either of acrylic or mild steel. A tell-tale rod indicates the level of grease and a follower plate assembly helps in providing positive suction of the grease. Grease filling in the reservoirs can be done manually or by another pump. For filling grease by another pump, a v*` bsp port is provided on the front side of the pumps. Grease from the pumps is further distributed either with the help of progressive blocks for positive distribution or with the help of manifold blocks. The pneumatic grease pumps can also be used for grease dispensing during assembly of bearings, auto parts and other sub-assemblies. For such applications, pumps with adjustable dose are also available.
