Cenlub systems provides piston pump, named `fire-ball 300`, from graco, usa. It is operated by air. It is very useful in dusty and bad air containing lot of moisture content. The pump is made of thick cast aluminium with salt nitriding and nickel plating. It is highly durable because it has corrosion resistant design. It is provided with air porting design, which enables compressed air supply for continuous pump operation without icing. It has very few moving parts and thus it doesn`t require maintenance. A proprietary graco manufacturing process is used to minimise wear of displacement rods. These can be used for greases up to nlgi #2. It is also very effective for dispensing motor oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, automatic transmission fluid, undercoating, rustproofing and sound deadening. The pump has wide use in manufacturing plants, car/truck dealerships, construction equipment, municipalities and transits, fleet maintenance shops, lube trucks in mining, and general service shops.
