This includes pre-crushers, hammer mills, vibratory sieving machines, jaw crushers, etc. The pre-crusher mill comes with the following advantages: an economical unit designed for medium hard and lumpy material for time saving operation and greater output: will ideally reduce irregularly shaped lumps of soft to medium even slightly damp in nature, to smaller sized lumps by inward - opposite rotating cam shaft with replaceable cams crush the material on the slotted grate; recommended to crush materials containing small percentage of lumps or agglomerates into uniform coarser material; generally used for lighter duties like mounting in-line with secondary grinding mill or de-agglomeration applications; and ideal design for no-maintenance, easy operation and higher output. Pre-crusher is not suitable for hard materials like wood, stones, ores etc. Crushing tests with clients materials can also be carried out without obligation, to testing the suitability of the crusher for correct applications.
