They have compact design non-cyclic system having consistent dew point, with low-pressure drop. Non-corrosive heat exchanger is with copper tube in tube type with puf installations. They are filled with ozone-friendly refrigerant. The series starts from 20 cfm & are available upto 1000 cfm with working pressure up to 16 bar.
Air drier [mini series]: compressed air consists of moisture in condensate form. Presence of water in the compressed air corrodes the internal surfaces of the air piping, valves, fitting, pneumatic tools, machines, etc which is carried by the system as dirt. The presence of water in the compressed air would damage the end product like paint, medicine, pet bottle, powder & food material. Air drier must be installed to remove the moisture.
In addition they are perfect solution for elimination of moisture. They need least space for installation. They are accessible along with high performance pre-filter & after-filter, which helps in elimination of dirt & oil from the compressed air.
