They come with following standard features: test frequency up to 120 mhz, basic measurement accuracy of up to 0.02%, external dc bias current of up to 125 a, fast measurements and sweep mode functions, variety of telecom measurements, inductance and magnetics analyses. Model 4255 lcr offers accurate testing of passive components at frequencies up to 500 khz. This model can provide 0.05% basic measurement accuracy. Having the same features with above-mentioned model, model 4275 lcr meter is capable of providing extra 1 mhz frequency. It is available with 0.05% basic measurement accuracy.
