Rapid flow india supplies horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting machines. These are useful for producing components in aluminium, zinc and brass. The machine has a base with structural construction supporting the injection system on its extension. Part of the base is attached with oil reservoir to accommodate a good quantity of hydraulic oil, and is given with oil gauge and digital thermometer. Die locking is effected by hydraulic and sturdy toggle mechanism, which exerts an evenly distributed force over the faces of the dies.
