Intechsys global technologies presents z-axis drop moderator module that protects from tool digging during power failure. In case of power cut, if the tool digs into the component, then this solution prevents wastage/rejection, etc and is good for vmcs, hmcs and lathes [sliding in case of lathes] . Also, it reduces the drop to less than 10 microns [zero microns in several cases]. Suitable for all controllers, this is field-tested for more than three years. It also prevents tool damage, rejection of components and time loss due to rework.
