Zinc Phosphate Conversion Chemical Cleaner is a coating adapted for hot, multi-stage immersion process. It contains a built in modifier in the solution which produces an extra fine grained, light phosphate coating. Zinc Phosphate Conversion Chemical Cleaner can be operated under two different sets of conditions - namely "nitrite side" and "iron side".

• It is an excellent base for paint and organic finishes and provides underfilm protection against corrosion.

• It is used for single coat paints as it retains the original gloss of the paint film.
