Cold Zinc Phosphating Chemical Cleaner is a fine grained coating of about 150 - 250 mg/sq. Ft. Is produced in about 4 - 7 minutes when preceded by titivated activation stage. Cold Zinc Phosphating Chemical Cleaner is an excellent base for paint and powder coat finishes and provides under film protection against corrosion. The coating meets the Indian Standard Specification IS: 3618 - 1966 Class C. The solution is adapted for cold, multistage immersion processes.
