Rieter Textile Systems develops and manufactures machinery, systems and components for producing yarns from natural and manmade fibers and their blends. Rieter Textile Systems offers Spunbound PERFObond™3000 designed for PP, besides the high performance in terms of productivity [up to 300 kg/h per meter per beam], allows to manufacture a wide range of products, with different properties, without additional investment or equipment modification, but by means of different process settings only.
The PERFObond™3000 consists of Beam with an angle: 7 000 filaments per meter on conveyor, High specific throughput: up to 300 kg/hr/meter/beam, Low energy consumption < 0.8 to 1.1 kWh/kg and maximum flexibility: 1 to 10 dpf. PERFObond™ 3000 produces spunbond fabrics from 10 to 150 gsm at top speeds of up to 800 m/min in SS configuration.
This PERFObond™ is applied to Baby diapers, Diapers for incontinence, Feminine hygiene, Face-masks, Protective shoe-covering, Gowns, Agricultural, Geotextiles, Roofing, Bedding Industrial, Environmental protection and Filtration media.
