Mecshot blasting equipments offers ss sheet and plate-blasting machine model 5b-151626 special. It operates on the suction induction principle of abrasive blasting. The operators place the sheet on a roller conveyor such that, the plate gets inserted into the vertical drive roller. The vertical drive roller conveyor carries it into the blast chamber, where the blast gun moves vertically on both the sides, thus, finishing its external surface. Used abrasive/ glass beads and dust, created during the blasting is sucked through the suction hose to declaim where the abrasive is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling. The dust is carried ahead and collected inside filter bags, and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The operator has only to load and unload the sheet on and from the roller conveyor. The glass bead finishing of the ss sheet helps to achieve a homogeneous satin finish on both sides.
