Mecshot blasting equipments has developed automatic air-operated blasting machine for de-burring and de-scaling valve plates of compressors, for consistency in repeatability. This abrasive blasting machine is featured with rotating satellites and indexing turntable with multi guns oriented at different blasting stations / reciprocating guns depending on the job profile. The model sb-sp-4 operates on the suction principle of abrasive blasting. The lifted abrasive gets mixed with the compressed air in the blast guns to strike the job to be cleaned. The plates are loaded/unloaded on revolving satellites mounted on indexing turntable. The revolving plates gel blast cleaned by two fixed guns. Masking plate protects the un-blasted surface. The abrasive gets recycled automatically for continuously uninterrupted blasting operation. The dust generated during the blasting operation is trapped in dust collector and clean air is let out, thus keeping the environment eco-friendly.
