Some of the salient features of Centrifugal Blower & Ventilation System includes:
- The housing is manufactured in galvanized sheet metal with the housing fixed to the side plates by means of `electric spot welding`.
- All bearings used are deep groove ball type sealed at both sides. The bearings are self-aligning with an eccentric locking collar for clamping onto the shaft and are mounted in a rubber housing.
- The rotation and discharge of the fan is in accordance with AMCA standard 99-2406-83.
- All wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 & AMCA 204-G2.5 standards.
- Each fan type has its maximum operating speed and power due to its mechanical design.
- Based on the above features ventilation system required in pharmaceuticals / chemicals / Hotels / Hospitals etc are designed as per GMP and schedule M practices by providing terminal boxes for pre-filters and fine filters, ducting systems, exhaust systems etc. Positive pressure in the room can also be maintained by these ventilation systems. Ventilation systems can also be supplied by providing single skin AHU & double skin AHU`s.
