Water chillers is a cooling machine which is applicable in die-mould chilling, oil chilling and chemicals chilling. Some of the salient features are:

• Single phase preventer - provided to avoid single phasing.

• L p switch- switches off the compressor, incase of any pressure develops in refrigeration system.

• H. P. Switch- switches off the compressor, incase of any low pressure develops in refrigeration system.

• Solenoid valve- ensures fast equalization of refrigerant.

• On delay timer- is used to protect compressor form overloading during operation.

• M.C.B`s - to protect entire unit and control circuit water - pump.

• Water - level controller- to ensure minimum water level.

• Temperature indicator controller- display and control the set temperature

• Temperature indicator- to monitor return water temperature.

• Water filter -filters the return water.
